Profile & Research Interests

Sagar Buch is a Postdoctoral Associate, at the CFMM lab under Dr. Ravi Menon’s supervision, with more than five years of experience in MRI/Medical Imaging field. Sagar has been involved and proficient with MRI physics, phase imaging and susceptibility mapping, analytical/numerical modelling and simulations, and implementation of clinical research projects.
Current research focus on non-invasive monitoring and quantification of brain function through neuro-vascular and iron-based bio-markers, designing novel techniques in MRI such as mapping the magnetic susceptibility distribution inside objects with no MR signal, and quality assurance of the MRI data acquisition/post-processing algorithms.
